As we embark on creating your dream home, it’s essential that we offer you a clear picture of the process, timeline, and associated costs, all while thoughtfully managing your budget.

Once we establish a shared direction, you’ll collaborate with our team of professionals—whether starting from one of our existing plans or designing something uniquely your own. Many of our clients discover that a personalized version of one of our plans perfectly suits their needs. Our team is here to guide you every step of the way, ensuring your home is everything you’ve envisioned. We take a unique approach to new home construction in Florida!

Next, your Construction Manager and Sales Manager will also meet with you to review your plans, ensuring that all of your preferences and details have been carefully incorporated. Your Construction Manager will walk you through the construction process and address any questions you may have about your dream home.

Additionally, you will receive a tentative start date for construction and an estimated closing date based on the Gulfwind Homes schedule. Your Construction Manager will make every effort to stay on track with this timeline. 

At this meeting, we will confirm that all personal preferences and selections have been fully incorporated into your plan. You’ll also have the chance to review your home prior to the installation of the interior walls. This meeting is typically scheduled during regular business hours, Monday through Friday.

Finally, once your Gulfwind Home is complete, we will schedule a New Home Orientation with your Construction Manager. This final meeting will introduce you to the finished home, covering all its features and systems, both inside and out. Rest assured, your dream home will be 100% complete before closing.
