Executive Vice President

As Executive Vice President of Gulfwind Homes, Catie Engleman brings over 10 years of experience in the building industry and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Organizational Leadership. She plays a key role in overseeing financial management, accounting, warranty administration, and marketing initiatives, working closely with the controller to ensure accuracy, transparency, and efficiency across all operations.

As the primary customer liaison for Gulfwind’s On Your Lot (OYL) program, Catie guides clients through every stage of the homebuilding process—from initial concept and design through contract and final selections—ensuring a seamless, well-coordinated experience. Known for her attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and relationship-driven approach, she is committed to creating a process that is clear, supportive, and enjoyable. Catie takes pride in delivering a high level of service while fostering lasting client relationships, reflecting Gulfwind Homes’ dedication to professionalism, integrity, and excellence.
